Where it shows up

Who runs it
You do. There's an admin console where your team reviews proposed capabilities, approves what goes live, sets routing rules, watches dashboards, and pauses the whole thing with one click if something looks wrong. We set it up; you operate it; we're available when you want to expand.
How we ship it
A typical first deployment is 8–12 weeks: connect your knowledge sources, install the widget, approve the first batch of capabilities, ship behind a feature flag, expand. Voice and additional channels come in v2. We stay close as the system goes live.
